Q: Is a reservation mandatory?
A: No, reservation is not mandatory. But a reservation will assure that will get the exact table you want, especially during high season..Also, for drinks after 21:30 there is no need for a reservation.
Q: Are there any places for walk ins?
A: Yes, there are a lot of places for walk ins. Those places have no minimum consumption. Be sure to arrive early as those places go quickly.
Q: Is the deposit deducted from the final bill?
A: Yes the deposit is deducted from the final bill.
Q: Until when can i book for the same day?
A: You can book until two hours before our opening
Q: Until when can i cancel my reservation?
A: You can cancel your reservation and be refunded 100% up to 12 hours before your reservation time.
Q: I made a reservation but i am running late. Till when you keep the table?
A: We keep your table up to 15 min after your reservation. If you call us to inform us we can keep the table for another 15 mins. After that we give the table to the first walk in. If you show up after your reservation we will give you the first available table and the deposit is deducted from your total amount, If you dont show up at all the deposit is not refundable.
Q: All your seats have a good view?
A: Ios Club is like an amphitheatre so yes all our seats have a good view.
