On 5 August, we are delighted to welcome Award-winning Executive Chef Dimitris Stamoudis, renowned for his contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, creativity, and refined culinary philosophy, together with Chef Alexandros Sofianos, for an exclusive four-hands degustation dinner at Ios Club.

Together, the two chefs will present a unique tasting menu, created exclusively for this one-night event, celebrating exceptional ingredients, innovative flavours, and elegant presentation.
Price: €95 per person (drinks not included).
For guests wishing to enhance their experience, an optional wine pairing is available for an additional €40 per person.
To secure your reservation, a €20 deposit per person is required. This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the evening of the event.
The degustation experience will be served exclusively at our high restaurant tables on 5 August.

Στις 5 Αυγούστου, έχουμε τη χαρά να υποδεχτούμε τον βραβευμένο Executive Chef Δημήτρη Σταμούδη, γνωστό για τη σύγχρονη μεσογειακή κουζίνα, τη δημιουργικότητα και την εκλεπτυσμένη γαστρονομική φιλοσοφία του, μαζί με τον Chef Αλέξανδρο Σοφιανό, για ένα αποκλειστικό four-hands degustation dinner στο Ios Club.
Οι δύο chefs θα παρουσιάσουν μαζί ένα μοναδικό tasting menu, σχεδιασμένο αποκλειστικά για αυτή τη μία και μοναδική βραδιά, με έμφαση σε εξαιρετικές πρώτες ύλες, πρωτότυπους γευστικούς συνδυασμούς και κομψή παρουσίαση.
Τιμή: €95 ανά άτομο, χωρίς ποτά.
Για όσους επιθυμούν να απογειώσουν την εμπειρία τους, διατίθεται προαιρετικό wine pairing με επιπλέον κόστος €40 ανά άτομο.
Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης απαιτείται προκαταβολή €20 ανά άτομο. Το ποσό αυτό θα αφαιρεθεί από τον τελικό λογαριασμό το βράδυ της εκδήλωσης.
Η εμπειρία του degustation θα προσφέρεται αποκλειστικά στα ψηλά τραπέζια του εστιατορίου μας στις 5 Αυγούστου.
